Yori helps people cook from videos they choose to save: recipes are structured summaries of ingredients and steps, shown alongside an embedded or linked original video with credit to its creator. We respect intellectual-property rights, and we remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid takedown notice.

1. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material you want removed and where it appears on the Service (a link to the recipe page is ideal).
• Your contact information (name, address, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Designated agent

3. What happens next

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the identified material, and may notify the user who saved it. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same agent including your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
